Dr. Charles Manilla, our Liberty Township and Hamilton, Ohio orthodontist has been providing quality orthodontic care to patients in Butler County and the greater Cincinnati area since 1982. He follows the recommendations of the American Association of Orthodontists as well as the American Dental Association, in advising that children be evaluated by an orthodontist by age 7. This allows Dr. Manilla to carefully examine your child’s teeth and jaw development and recommend any early interceptive treatment that may be appropriate.
A native of Huntington, West Virginia, Dr. Manilla received his undergraduate degree in biology from West Virginia University and his doctorate of dental surgery from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry. He continued his dental studies to complete a specialty certification in pediatric dentistry from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Manilla then pursued a second specialty in orthodontics, earning a master’s degree in orthodontia from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry, where he was awarded an academic fellowship. He also has served as an instructor in pediatric dentistry at Case Western Reserve’s Dental School.

Dr. Manilla and his wife, Holly, have been married for over 30 years. They love spending as much time as possible with their two grown children who are in New York and Chicago. As an orthodontist, Dr. Manilla achieves perfectly aligned teeth for his patients. However, he has another talent that also produces as many smiles. Dr. Manilla is a magician, and his patients love his simple magic tricks. He always encourages his patients who share his interest in magic to bring a trick or two to their appointments. Dr. Manilla also performs his magic each year at the West Chester Community Foundation Dough Raiser, which supports quality of life activities and events for the local community.
